Upgrade your 1984–1997 Ford F350 dual rear wheel truck with this complete 24×8.25 forged aluminum dually wheel and adapter kit. Designed specifically for classic OBS and brick-nose F350 DRW trucks equipped with the factory 8×6.5 (8×165.1mm) bolt pattern, this system converts your original 8-lug configuration to a modern 10×285.75mm hub-piloted commercial setup.
This conversion allows you to run true 24” semi-style forged aluminum wheels while maintaining proper load capacity, stability, and drivability.
At the center of this upgrade are six 24×8.25 forged aluminum wheels featuring the aggressive Big Hand Hole design. The large open hand holes enhance brake cooling, allow easy inspection access, and deliver bold commercial truck styling.
These are true forged 24” wheels — not machined from 24.5”. Each wheel is forged from high-strength 6061 aluminum and mirror polished on both sides for maximum structural integrity and a premium show-quality finish.
The included precision-machined steel adapters convert the factory 8×6.5 bolt pattern to the commercial 10×285.75 hub-pilot configuration for proper wheel mounting and load distribution.
