TRL536D 36” wide Mini Track Loader powered by Kubota

The Baumalight TRL536D is the ideal stand-on mini skid steer for a range of big and small jobs available with many tools to do a wide range of tasks.
Manufactured in Ontario Canada, the TRL536D stand-on compact Utility Track Loader is designed to easily navigate through tight spaces. Notably, with a width of 36 inches, it ensures easy access to even the most confined areas and good productivity on the tools powered with a Kubota diesel engine. Like the big skid steers, the hydrostatic drive is configured with real joystick controls and hydraulic pilot lines. The unit ships with narrow tracks but wide tracks can be installed for less ground compaction if desired and the Baumalight all-metal frame compact track loader also has a floating smooth riding raised platform for better sight when navigating through tight spaces.

FEATURES

• Hardened Steel Bushings

  Spring Bushings made from high grade chrome-vanadium AISI 6150 spring steel on all main pivot points.

• Grease Pins on all Pivot Points

  The Mini Skid steer features grease pins on all pivot points, reducing the risk of equipment damage and providing long life and easy servicing.

• Heavy Duty Boom

  The boom arms are constructed with ¾” thick steel plates.

• Protected Lights

  The front lighting system is securely encased in a metal frame to keep it protected from damage.

• Dual Headlight

  For better visibility at night, the TRL models have two headlights. One mounted on the boom and one mounted on the frame.

• Parts Compartment

  This handy storage compartment gives you easy access to spare parts.

• Standard Self-Levelling Valve

  The self-levelling valve makes sure the load remains level to the ground while you’re raising the boom.

• Full Stand-in Operator Compartment

  For a safer and more comfortable operation, the operator compartment allows you to fully stand inside.

• Boom Safety Lock Bar

  When you need to perform maintenance, the boom safety lock bar allows you to raise the boom and engage the locking bar. How you can safety stand under the raised boom without risk of the boom dropping.

• Double Piston Pump Driven

  Both sides of the Mini Skid steer is driven by a dedicated dual piston hydraulic pump and a third one operates the boom & hydraulic AUX.

• Cold Air Intake and Oversized Radiator

  To increase the power and ensure cooler running, the Yanmar engine has a cold air intake and an oversized hydraulic radiator.

• YANMAR DIESEL ENGINE

  The TRL620Y model is powered by a rugged 22.8 HP Yanmar 3TNV80F diesel engine. The increased displacement (1.267 L) of the Yanmar engine equates to a higher torque output.

• Standard Case Drain

  Sometimes referred to as a third line, the case drain line will relieve any excess pressure and drain it back to your return line, then into the reservoir.

• Aux Pressure Gauge and 12V Plug

  The dashboard has a convenient auxiliary pressure gauge and a 12V plug.

• Dual Joystick Controls

  The dual joystick control system allows you to easily operate the drive system and the boom at the same time.

• Hydraulic Float

  The hydraulic float feature allows the operator to gently skim the attachment along the contour of the surface without down pressure or lift.

• Spring Cushioned Front Idler

  The front idler in the tracked model is spring cushioned. This spring cushioning provides relief on the undercarriage when the track hits a curb or a large rock.
