All you’ll need to refresh your Chain Damper as the consumable parts begin to wear out. 

Contents: 

• 4x Low Friction Thrust Bushes
• 2x X-Rings
• 1x O-ring
• 4x Elastomers (plus 4 spare elastomers)

Consider replacing your Chain Damper Chainring whilst it’s apart, worn chainrings make more noise, wear out new chains faster and are more likely to cause chain drops.
