The number on the cheek pad set is the thickness in millimeters. Thinner cheek pads can be applied to loosen the fit, thicker cheek pads can be applied to tighten the fit. All sizes of cheek pads will fit any size SHOEI RF-1100 or Qwest Helmet.

• XXS = 39mm
• XS, S, M, L, XL = 35mm
• XXL = 31mm
