Upgrade your 2011–Present Chevy Silverado 3500HD or GMC Sierra 3500HD dual rear wheel truck with this complete 24×8.25 forged aluminum dually wheel conversion kit. Designed specifically for modern 8x210mm bolt pattern applications, this system converts your factory 8-lug setup to a commercial-grade 10×285.75mm hub-piloted configuration.
This allows installation of true 24” semi-style forged aluminum wheels while maintaining proper load support, stability, and drivability.
At the center of this upgrade are six 24×8.25 forged aluminum wheels featuring the aggressive Big Hand Hole design. The large open hand holes enhance brake cooling, allow easy inspection access, and deliver bold commercial truck styling.
These are true forged 24” wheels — not machined from 24.5”. Each wheel is forged from high-strength 6061 aluminum and mirror polished on both sides for maximum structural integrity and a premium commercial finish.
The included precision-machined heavy-duty adapters convert the factory 8×210 bolt pattern to the commercial 10×285.75 hub-pilot setup for proper load distribution and secure fitment.

⚙️ Installation Requirements
⚠ Factory wheel studs must be trimmed to ensure proper adapter and wheel clearance.
⚠ Inner adapter nuts must be torqued to manufacturer specifications (typically 145 ft-lbs unless otherwise specified).
⚠ Professional installation strongly recommended.
Stud trimming is standard for this 8-lug to 10-lug conversion and ensures proper seating of the hub-centric adapters and forged wheels.
