Upgrade your 2008–Present Ram 4500 or 5500 dual rear wheel truck with this complete 24×8.25 forged aluminum dually wheel conversion kit. Designed specifically for factory 10x225mm bolt pattern applications, this system converts your OEM 10-lug setup to a commercial-grade 10×285.75mm hub-piloted configuration.
This allows installation of true 24” semi-style forged aluminum wheels while maintaining proper load support, stability, and drivability.
At the core of this upgrade are six 24×8.25 forged aluminum wheels featuring the aggressive Big Hand Hole design. The large open hand holes enhance brake cooling, allow easier inspection, and deliver bold commercial truck styling.
These are true forged 24” wheels — not machined from 24.5”. Each wheel is forged from high-strength 6061 aluminum and mirror polished on both sides for maximum structural integrity and a premium commercial finish.
The included precision-machined 10-to-10 lug steel adapters convert the factory 10×225 pattern to the commercial 10×285.75 hub-pilot configuration for proper wheel mounting and load distribution.

⚠ Factory wheel studs must be trimmed to ensure proper adapter and wheel clearance.
⚠ Inner adapter nuts must be torqued to manufacturer specifications.
⚠ Professional installation strongly recommended.
Stud trimming is standard for this 10-lug to 10-lug conversion and ensures proper hub-centric seating of the adapters and forged wheels.
